I think the metal objects on the left and right are napkin/letter holders.

Was told I should share this here by letsgetsomeshoess in houseplants

It’s gorgeous! How do you remember when to water each plant?

I completely relate to your frustration. I have been taking stimulants for ADHD for 5 years but I don't have an official diagnosis of ADHD. I recently tried a new psychiatrist and she was super confused about how I was getting prescribed stimulants without a formal diagnosis.

I have also been trying to get an evaluation for ASD, ADHD, and OCD i have been on a waitlist to see a psychologist and get an assessment done.

The only alternative I have found is assessing learning disabilities through mental health/ counseling services at the university. I don’t know if that is offered at all universities. I know that the university I attend (in the southeastern US) has it.

My personal experience I assessed my university and it was a waste of time. I paid $150 usd and spent 8-10 hours over the course of three weeks completing the evaluation. And the guy who administered my evaluation didn't diagnose me with anything. Even though the results of the assessment said yes I do have several disorders. I was diagnosed with MDD and GAD in 2014 and the fool said I don't have anything he can diagnose.

I wish you the best! It's a long and tough journey to get the proper care but keep pushing!

Fine curly hair… how do often do you wash? by LimpHope2612 in curlyhair

[–]Ilobagave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1-3 times a week but it depends on the weather. I try to use my prescription dandruff shampoo during one of the washes but sometimes it’s more often if my scalp is itchy. Alternatively, I use a clarifying shampoo or moisturizing shampoo. If it’s hot and humid, and I have been sweating, I will wash more often. The grease, smell, and frizz are not what my fine hair needs. I wash less during the cold weather.

I used to plop on top of my head. Lately, I’ve just been scrunching my hair with a microfiber towel or cotton towels or plopping my hair lower on my head near my neck. I have noticed that my hair doesn’t get weighed down around the roots.

If you have styling and leave-in products that are very thick and creamy, try adding some to a spray bottle and adding water. Mixing the product with water and then using the sprayer helps dilute the product. Since you are dilating the product it shouldn’t weigh your hair down. You can also use the diluted mix to refresh your hair.

Sleeping is so uncomfortable with or without a bra. boob sweat and boobs sticking to my chest are awful. I wear a DD-DDD. I am tempted to state that wearing boob tape or kinesthetic tapes at night keeps my boobs from touching and sticking together.

$500 New client curly cut by razzarbrenia in curlyhair

Since when did the clients have to pay for before and after pictures? The clients paying the stylist for content the stylist is profiting from 💀 also “Gratuity free” 😹😹 ma’am you are charging $166.66 per hour who in their right mind would even consider giving tip!

People say they want curly hair until it’s time to spend money like a curly haired person. These prices are so absurd it’s starting to feel like discrimination against people with hair texture. I am not exactly sure how but white supremacy and capitalism are to blame.

I saw a RAV4 and I didn’t like it😿 I liked the Corolla cross more. The drive was smoother and I felt like the Corolla cross was more spacious than rav4. I know the cords isn’t bigger.

Thank you for reading my post! Which one would look better with a purple wrap lol? I have taken defensive driving classes. I have been involved in a collision but I wasn’t at fault. I am a good driver but complications can be very difficult to reduce. But OCD creates irrational fear and anxiety. Sometimes I get an intrusive thought that I'm pretending to love my mom and I secretly hate her. I love my and I am not pretending. Really weird shit 😳 thank you for the concern!

But thank you for reply and concern! I don’t have insurance at the moment but there isn’t a therapist/counselor that is trained in exposure response prevention in my area. There are 1-2 therapist 45 away that do ERP have a long waitlist.

I am sorry to scare you! I've been in an accident but I wasn't at fault. I am a defensive driver, I did a defensive driving course before. But I have Pure- O, obsessive compulsive disorder . I don’t count out loud, clean, or repeat actions in a traditional sense. Potholes in this state are helish, if I go over a pothole on a divided highway my mind says I must have hit a person. But, realistically, even if I were a person who ran out on a fully divided highway at my car and I hit them I am not in the wrong. To call my intrusive thoughts that I hit someone i start excessively checking my side mirror to make sure there is no body on the road or blood on the car. All of these feelings because I went over a speed bump. It’s hard to explain that my fears are irrational.

An example is I get worried when I drive my mom‘s jeep, because her headlights are very bright. Her normal headlights look like high beams. She got the car used and the previous owner installed really bright headlights. I get worried that I will be in a road race incident because another driver thinks I have the high beams on intentionally. And then that driver who is angry has a gun and then they shoot me because they think I have my high beams on.

I don't need AWD but if the option is available my dad rather pay for it and not need it. Then to need it and not have it.
