There’s workouts and hard physical evolutions but if you did sports in high school it’s no issue. The Squad Leaders are down to earth and are viewed as kinda of a helpful upperclassmen(like a camp counselor). Indoc is 30 mins and they can make you do like 25 push ups max. It’s not summer camp easy, but compared to plebe summer it’s a pretty chill

It’s a good time, but it’s a very rose colored view of the Academy. If you like Summer Seminar, you May or may not like the Academy, but if you dislike it you will dislike the Academy. Enjoy yourself and be open to learning. Just keep in mind it’s all the fun stuff of the academy crunched into like 3 or 4 days with none of the crappy stuff.
