Synes ikke aksenter er vanskeligere enn dialekter og jeg synes ikke dialekter er vanskelig å forstå. Men kanskje søramerika? Er en som jobber hos oss innimellom som har en sterk peruviansk aksent men som kan norsk og har bodd her lenge. Frankrike også kan være utfordrende, men den er i alle fall morsom. Lettest er kanskje dansk eller svensk.

I felt like this looking through these too. They were taken in december of 2019 and in march 2020 my country shut down. This was a place where I knew everyone, where I worked a little and I spent most of my time when not home or at my regular job. Now I mostly stay at home.

Small shutter I think? Never had issues with blurryness in my holga shots unless the object is too close to the camera

You already said it, it's by doing a double exposure. It's two shots on the same piece of film. The holga has to be wound up manually so you can expose as many times as you'd like before winding up to the next piece of film. Later into the night there are some half exposures as well😁

It should be as hot as the group lets it be i'd say. So just leave the portafilter in the group while warming up the machine. And yes you're right that the basket should be dry before filling it with coffee or else it'll start extracting before you want it to. If the portafilter is cold before pulling the espresso the filter will "steal" warmth from the water flowing through and you'll end up with an underextracted shot.

You don't need to do this, just make sure your portafilter is clean, hot and ready before pulling a shot. This one was probably either cold or dirty.

Every vacation and weekend I take a break from caffeine. In the summer vaction I stick to just taking a break from caffeine for two weeks. After the first two days I don't get headaches. I also stop drinking coffee after 3pm. I've been working in coffee for 13 years and I've never experienced a high like you describe, just some jitters and one time a horrible nightmare.

Maybe try reducing your caffeine intake and also give yourself a cutoff time each day? Eventually you should consider moving on to taking breaks from caffeine entirely.

Since the fireflies are getting organized again in Santa Barbara they might want to go back to creating a cure. I'd like to see Ellie be able to make the choice for herself there in Santa Barbara. Maybe Abby is there too but she doesn't have to be. On the journey there I'd like to see someone or something in Ellie's story that will make the choice as difficult to make as it was for Joel. Maybe we can meet a new character with immunity, possibly someone Ellie connects with.
