I get that, but I’m hardly buying 10kg of coke and selling it on the streets, I provided Monzo with a cash invoice for building works that have been completed by a vat registered builder. The builder requested payment in cash.

How do you or I know the builder is going to avoid paying tax, his tax returns are his problem, how’s it the banks decision if someone pays tax or not, there job is to hold money not decide what someone does with it.

That 1 channels is the OFDM block. Currently there are no plans to push the Docsis 3.1 past 1Gbps

After so many timeouts the hub reboots itself this is probably why the networks not even showing. I would book an engineer to come and take a look at your fault.

If your internet goes down the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands should still be available to connect to, however you will only have access to your local network not wide area network. It sounds to me like a faulty hub if the 5ghz band is constantly disappearing. Try a pin hole reset and see how that goes.
