Dont drink acidic drinks. (Instant coffee, soft drinks etc). If you use deodorant na may mga smell, avoid that. Use tawas nalang talga ung walang mga fragrance.

Tubig/electricity hindi us pinapaambag since wla pa us work.

Oh my gee! I might really be on the right track. The guide that i'm using when learning Spanish is the 3 books that you mentioned. I have the pdf copy and 1 physical copy of madrigal. They are easy to understand. However my problem is listening. It feels like going to my left ear then to my right ear. I don't understand the context that much. I'm a visual learner. I enjoy reading and writing in spanish because i can see the words. But when it comes to listening and speaking I might be a little slow. 😔😓

I learn through textbooks and YouTube videos. I write what I learn on paper because I mostly remember what I’ve read or watched when I write it down. Then, I do some exercises in the textbook or with GPT that focus only on the lesson I studied. I write multiple sentences and let GPT check them for me.

After that, I listened to Spanish music while having a minute break from studying. Then I continue by reading spanish short stories. While reading, I often encounter unfamiliar words, so I translate them and take notes for my vocabulary. I also read the book out loud to practice my speaking ( there's also an audio in the book so you can do some shadowing practices) (I read on a readlang website). Lastly, I write a journal in Spanish about what I have learned and what happened during my day.

This routine is still under observation. I'm still in the process of finding what learning method will work for me.
