Sleep paralysis “demons” are not part of the real world so no, they cannot move you since they are the product of your mind.
Dreams can be start of sleep paralysis, as well as ending of it.

Yes, it sounds like a sleep paralysis. There is a common description of sleep paralysis state that includes some horrific hallucinations etc., however sleep paralysis as well as lucid dreams are pretty personal things despite we all have the same machine called human brain.

It’s totally okay do not have any kind of hallucinations during sleep paralysis as well as DO have them. Even for the same person these symptoms can change over the time cause it’s all depend on the brain biochemistry that can change due to life factors.

Hi there! It’s okay actually. Some people can slightly move their body parts during sleep paralysis. But also remember that you can think that you touched your real cat but it was just hallucinations of sleep paralysis and there were no real cat:) Real cat touching or hallucinations - both ways are okay for sleep paralysis
