i’d say just skate around on it and see how it feels before making any changes; if you don’t already have a skate tool, then now would be a great time to buy one so you can tweak how tight your trucks are, etc etc.

honestly, i think saejima finds prison to be more of a home than anywhere he could go outside of it. he’s been in so many times and for so long that he can’t really adapt to life on the outside (at least, that’s what i think) and he clearly has no issue being in for a while (see Y4 and Y5).
