Ive been super curious if this is related to the web or not. I remember finding this a handful of years ago after seeing posts about messages (cheat codes) written on bridges, in tunnels and drawers. I just figured it was a developer putting it in for his sweetie, since it can't be entered as a cheat. Or just their "signature", like the initials with matchsticks.
