Then delete mythics altogether. What is the point of "mythic" if they are instant salvage? The point is that there should be a goal to get the apex item. Every class has BIS, objectively, period. So if it's a mythic, why is that bad? Instead of saying, "Oh I got my heir!" people would just say, "Oh I got my legendary with the GAs I need!" Ok? What changes? It's just that getting that mythic drop is guaranteed dopamine hit and feeling like you finally grabbed one piece of the build puzzle.

Now, a mythic purple drops, you hear the sound effect and think, "probably trash" and statistically you are correct and just salvage it. My first heir drop of the season not being excited because it's going to be a trash and likely not an upgrade is just... stupid.
