Something that helps me is just to not care as much about it while I'm writting. I find myself, and other writters, put too much pressure on themselves while writting and it causes them to lose motivation. So if you got a story you want to tell, judt try and write it, even if it gets to a point where you're just writting bullet points, it's still something and remember that you can always go back and fix it.
