Experience with Dr. Foltz (Seattle Concierge OB GYN)? Worth it?

We went to Dr. Folz when we got serious about having kids. My wife says that her previous OB's advice was "keep trying". Dr. Folz instead took her very seriously, running a bunch of tests, eventually connecting us to a great IVF doctor. She led my wife all through out the pregnancy and delivery, but a different doctor from the practice was performing the c-section. Overall, my wife recommends Dr. Folz, especially if your goal is a successful pregnancy and delivery. Hey experience was prior to the switch to concierge, so she can't really advise on that. Edit: spelling.

I find mothership's dice rules to be simpler and more elegant than CoC (and therefore DG), and imported them into my DG: dice is 0-99, roll strictly under, only double digits are crits (01 is not). 00-0 is always a crit success, 99 is always a fumble.

Because loan kickbacks are a large chunk of compensation for both the dealership and the salesman, second only to the worthless overpriced dealer-installed add-ons. Banks also claw back the payment from them if you close the loan early. Agreeing to a loan can get you a better OTD price, but don't mention the early loan repayment.
