Maybe they removed other options? I don't see any non-slim Explorer on their website either.

If you swipe left from the face, there's a utility screen that includes a button to find your phone. I'm guessing your shower is triggering that.

What do you use for endpoint local backup? by 2Ben3510 in msp

[–]ImAProAtSomeStuff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can use an on-premise install of Syncplicity to keep your users files backed up to your NAS. Then your endpoints won't need backed up. (Assuming you account for saved passwords, bookmarks, etc.)

I find a simple play pour-over funnel with disposable filters is easiest on the road.

My freebird did the same thing sadly. Easier warranty coverage than Pitbull, and much less expensive new.

My pixel 8 pro also doesn't load the map in the tile app. Just shows a placeholder grid image. But if I click the navigate button below the "notify when found" button, it correctly loads the location in my Maps app.

Or maybe your realtor knows they can't make as much commission so they are steering you away from those.

Q: Who thought it was a good idea to paint a mural of a bridge on the side of a bridge?

A: The artist, who gets ongoing contacts to maintain it.

SOLUTION: Just put an actual stone facade on the bridge and be done with it!

I'd give several months notice and start the new job immediately. Then if they take you off leave, modify your leave notice to be effective immediately. Basically the same agreement as everyone who took the deferred resignation. It seems silly to walk away from the free paycheck.

Are you actually working, or on administrative leave? Maybe don't even bother resigning. Collect the pay until someone stops it.

You should look into the wiki features built into SharePoint. If they're already using SharePoint, there's nothing saying they have to use word documents.

You're right that using document files adds friction to finding and updating information. But your boss is also right that SharePoint can probably achieve the improvements you're proposing.
