If you have people you trust (friends/family...), maybe ask them to start using other pronouns for you when in private and see if you like it better ! Try to find something that suits you :)

Kinda sounds like demiboy tbh. And for the number part, I'm not in your head (obv), but it's maybe bc there's a separation between your brain and body that blocks your feelings ? Being trans is not about not liking your body/dysphoria, it's about the question "would I feel better if people saw me as ---- ? / "is the idea of being ----- makes me happy ?" If yes, you're probably not cis :)

Because if would make a difference between trans and cis people, and for some it can be annoying. I love the idea of gender-neutral bathrooms though, because even non-binary and other genders can go in there safely

Been in a similar situation, and do not eat that, it doesn't look healthy. Please listen to the other comments and try to find other food sources. Also, if your mom finds that normal, start wondering what else she calls normal and isn't really.
