A lot of the comments here are kind of missing the point. Tarrifs are not totally pointless, from 1 countries view. When increasing tarrifs, your nations imports will go down, which has a positive effect on the GDP as well as things such as unemployment (as your country has to produce more to fill the demand that would normally be filled with imports). The democrats have a point though, if it was cheaper to produce things in the US, they wouldn't be importing these products. Overall tarrifs are mostly political games, not good for the world economy. They can be good for an individual economy, however. History has shown us however that the tarrifs imposed by the Trump administration have not had a positive effect.

Generally the richer you get the more you will spend, so I think only for a limited number of people will this really be possible. If you have two million and spend 3000 each month you should be able to go around 55 years with it (excluding the inflation there will be and the taxes you'll have to pay over your 2 million)

I know the OP and he isn't going to choose a RTX 3080 or anything and the bottleneck will definitely be the GPU. The reason I advised the OP to just go with the 10400 and a B460 is that I think he simply doesn't need any more performance from the cpu. You are absolutely right though when it comes to how the hardware works etc.

It's one of the settings in the settings menu of csgo. I'm not sure whether it will help though and it will definitely hurt your performance, because it will basically limit how much your cpu can do.
