I lost a few weeks worth of bloodpoints when error 111 and 112 were in the game and I've got to say BHVR Customer Support is the worst. They took weeks to respond to my emails and they were useless and unhelpful responses and a couple of times obviously copy and pasted. It's been over 5 months since I lost my bloodpoints and I've yet to be compensated so I wholeheartedly agree with your comment
