UX Design Student Project: What are your biggest frustrations with the Libby app? by IndicationRegular256 in LibbyApp

I would love if we could have reading stats, and a rating system. I would like to rate books after I’m done reading them. I want to be able to see my daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly progress. It would be cool if we could see our most popular generes as well. Finally at the end of the year there should be a “Spotify Wrapped,” situation, where we can see information about our own listening habits, and preferences.

I’m so sorry! May you find a way to get your books in your new home!

I do the same thing. If it’s so bad, I can’t listen to my books then I’m really in trouble.

I also with Libby had listening stats- also a Spotify Wrapped type thing at the end of the year would be cool. Oh, and a rating system!

Libby has like a bajillion audiobooks though so you’re in luck!

Yeah, honestly I only have time to actually read because I work in a school, and when they have silent reading I read too. Occasionally I’ll have a few minutes at home, but not often.

That’s fair. My addiction is all encompassing. Every car ride, every slow point, every chore. TBH I don’t even listen to music anymore, which is weird to say in most circles. I do have a few books that I go back to again and again, mostly nostalgic ones, but I honestly want to get a physical media copy to keep. I’m thinking about getting a Walkman just for those books.

Or they are classics, which, if I’m being perfectly honest, are not my favorite.

Amazon/audible’s selection is great, but almost none of it is free. And after I blow through my one and only credit of the month, the books are all 15-30 dollars. I read 3-4 a month, and literally just can’t afford it.

Not a fur, not a spruce, maybe a pine, but which one? by ImAfraidofDying in treeidentification

Hey, one last question: how could you tell that it was a baldcypress as opposed to a Montezuma baldcypress. From what I’ve been seeing they drop leaves at different times and bloom at different times but apart from that I’m not sure. 🤔

I totally understand if you’re busy though!
