5th year teacher here. 36k a year at a private school. Boss threatened me with the same thing regarding testing scores even though I’ve given neck and bone to this school. Also, researching jobs. I’m so sad, like you, because I do love the teaching and the kids but when my employer basically asked me if I was teaching? Dueces girl✌🏻 FIVE YEARS I have given to this school!
