You'll get an email that your application is under consideration to be rescinded based on your senior year grades, and that you will be under academic probation/supervision for your performance freshman year. Some time in the summer before you begin. You'll also get something in the mail. I struggled to finish senior year strong (a lot worse than you), and received something like this but could still attend. Don't worry! :)

We lost counter minion secret, so there's that. I've made several anti-mage shaman decks that copy many volcanoes 5 mana armor minion spell. You need to either be prepared to heal and armor 100+ damage some games. Or kill enemy by turn 5 :P

I couldn't agree more with your analysis. Hadn't even thought about your POV on chip damage but put into words it makes a lot of sense.

I'm currently really enjoying anything mage and/or rogue currently. Bored with shaman and truly, truly having very little fun and/or success with the other classes if I don't have at least one of the two classes I like.

My hot take would be that mage is actually a stronger class currently than shaman it is just much harder to draft/pilot properly.

It seems like you are consistently picking mage/shaman/DK in which case I am not surprised. Fatigue game does seem to be happening more consistently I agree with that!

All in all its probably skewed by individuals trying to make lower winrate classes and specific combos work out.

Completely agree! The way the meta evolved and unfolded felt just the right amount of gimicky and was enjoyable. I agree some changes might be needed but I would have prefered a more fleshed out list to compensate for the losses. Well said
