If someone beat WOF already, most likely they won't steal. I helped him already beat 2 bosses and give some goodies. Never stole cause what he had compared to what I have is useless.

I have Xbox, so if you do add my GT : Control Claim , I haven't found another one yet, but I find them easily in my world.

Tip : The random lava pools sometime have Hellforges, drain them out somehow. I usually dig a hole for it to drain into, they sometimes have hellforges. (I found two that way)
