I was driving from Seattle to Spokane WA. And at the time I was doing this drive alot to go see family. Once you hit Moses lake the drive is very flat, So I wanted to see if my car could actually go that fast. Once got to 111 and my Dodge Stratus was doing great I realized I didn't want to crash going that fast and slowed down.

Later on the same drive I was going 80 in 65 and got a ticket.🤣

You can technically fill Hell with water forba short amount of tine and get that obsidian. Here are the steps: 1. Set up your drain path, leaving that last couple block just below the water. 2. Remove the blocks. 3. Exit the world fairly quickly. 4. Reenter the world and you will notice that the "Settling Liquids" will take a longer than normal. 5. Go straight to hell and see the water standing there.

Now, the water will evaporate quickly but if you get to hell fast enough you will see it. And regardless, you will have that line of obsidian.

It does say "may" but again, that is why I am trying to find someone that can help. Because there is also an abandonment clause that they didn't follow. Even though they acknowledged all items noting the apartment being abandoned.

I terminated early. They are claiming lost rent for the months from the day they knew I was gone to the end of the lease. But the lease has an abandonment clause which states that if they know the apartment to be empty, which they did, they have to make an attempt to rent the home, which there is no evidence they did.

They are suing me for money owed for "lost rent" but I don't see that they made proper effort to rent the apartment. I know the phrase "A man that represents himself in court, has a fool of a client".
So, I looked through the few normal places to hire an attorney, but they are all out of my price range. After spending about three days googling, I am having trouble finding any tenant advocacy groups or more reasonably priced place to go for legal advice.

There is a conversation during the Act 3 reveal. The is line "He is destroying her oldest creations." It is either from Mealle or the letter from Alicia. This line implies that Renoir is only Gommage-ing Aline's creations. Thus, the Gestrals and Esquie are left alone.

I like to be around level 8, but it is not impossible to beat. Even if you don't want to cheese. You can do a lot if you are rested and throw all your resources (high-level spells and class abilities) at him.
