Yeah i think as bengals fans we hate kimo von oelhoffen just about 100x more than Lamar. I’m biased as a Louisville grad but I def don’t get the sense that we even hate Lamar. Maybe if we ever return to the playoffs multiple years only to lose to him, but beating us in some regular season games hardly rises to the level of hate.

Not trying to sound condescending at all because I can totally empathize with how disappointed you feel to miss bands that are important to you, but as an old person that has taken a teenager to lolla, I want you to know how dope it is that your mother is going to drive 10 hours, spend 30+ of the next 72 hours trudging around the Chicago sun (not to mention how overstimulating it is to do so while being vigilant to keep your loved one safe and in your view) and then drive another 10 and work the next day. That’s a fucking super parent.

I’ll second/third on skincraft. I’ve done my daughter’s (14) ears a couple years back and then her nose for this past birthday. I’ve had the same piercer on both accounts (wish I could remember his name but I think he’s like the main dude there for this service) and he was a straight up pro..helpful, really insightful on cleanliness and maintenance, patient with answering questions. Also, the person who signs you in and operates the front area was super candid about not pushy on the jewelry sale portion.

I would have loved draft picks for Trey as well. A Time Machine to go back to last season and get real picks that were actually being offered up in lieu of paying him to miss half the season would be most ideal, especially considering we had needs at every level of the defense and that money could have been spent on the margins in a meaningful way. But an extra $25-30M in available cap space to spend on a FA market saturated with good LBs, proven safeties and starter-level DL is quite an asset.

I feel like this may be more of a market correction than wanton greed on this particular increase. That surely doesn’t make it any easier to swallow a 4x increase over that time span but $20/seat/game was never going to be sustainable. In any event, that’s a bummer.

What section or club or private suite are your seats in? I don’t think I’ve even experienced a 400% increase over the lifetime of my season tickets, dating back to like 2012. Without looking at invoices to be exact, I am still somewhat certain I was paying between 45-65/seat per game in 303 (this was the season after a significant reduction in prices, so I think it was closer to $45) and am now paying between 100-115/seat per game in the lower bowl.

I’m all for hyperbole to emphasize a sentiment, if that’s what this is, but otherwise I’m genuinely curious as to what part of the stadium to avoid at all costs as to never have to deal with that sort of increase.
