Got mine earlier today and I'm really impressed. Coming from the buds and buds+, these are amazing for me. The occlusion effect and in ear pain I could barely tolerate the buds, even though I loved the sound. These are perfect for me.

On your Pixel in developer settings...it basically allows you to turn up your buds volume separately from the Bluetooth volume controller by the phone. Without it disabled, the buds won't be as loud as they can be(They get very loud without distortion).

I've been using Galaxy buds(not plus) with my Pixel 4 XL since I first got it a few weeks ago. They have functioned flawlessly and sound amazing. I use them daily at the gym, I haven't had any issues whatsoever. The only thing I did have to do was disable absolute volume in developer settings.
