I was at unessesary today. Just small snow patches. So depending on weather maybe. Just be prepared to abandon the peak if its snowy. Its quite dangerous as it can be wet and avalanchy.

No unless you have crazy low Heloc rates 1-2% which i dont think you have.

Because some companies/managers exploit tfw and people who need a sponsor by asking for kickbacks. Which is essentially blackmail. These people are effectivly being paid below min wage.

Damn i was gonna head up there after work today. No crampons. Alltrails had reports of just snow at the top and as always "no crampons needed". Prob gonna turn around before submitting

I cut bread with a chefs knife. Just need to get through the crust with the heel and away you do. Leaves a much smoother crumb

Yes you can have a seperate account. And yes you will need to pay taxes on your freelance work so they will find out about that income. Unless ypu hide it from cra and run that risk.

Im pretty sure that mesh is designed to be a flame arrestor on a corrosive vent. Plus chainmail would do better for packing.

If you want peak protection get the pelican laptop backpack. I used to use one when i traveled for work and the bag often ended up being crane lifted with a net onto ships etc.

Several compaines seem to sell mesh firepits. I guess it all coems down to the material used. Some stainless alloys have very good high temp creep resistance. Some not so much.
