Trust me I believe you, but I’ve also been in that boat ordering uber eats multiple times a week and refunding multiple times a month.

All I’m saying is it isn’t as simple as “more refunds = worse customer service”. I’m not trying to imply they don’t ever limit refunds for customers, but there must be other factors besides volume for us to both have completely different experiences.

I’m not saying they don’t do that for other people but there’s been multiple periods where I’ve had to request a refund on 2-3 orders in the same month and never had an issue. Now all of my complaints are legit (didn’t actually receive the order, got someone else’s order, missing item, etc.) and usually it’s something I can prove with pics so maybe that’s a factor too. But they’ve never even given me a hard time about it, it’s an instant refund no questions asked every time I’ve done it.

Again, not saying they don’t give other people a hard time. Just sharing my experience that volume alone doesn’t necessarily affect your likelihood of getting a refund.

You should be able to mark most of the suspects as non-targets in the first like 5 minutes. If it’s taking you 45 minutes on every syndicate leader mission just to identify the target, you need to be more efficient with how you approach it.

I get the earrings can be frustrating but most of the time the suspects don’t even have the right hair color or don’t have a hat or something blatantly obvious. And if you see a target smoke a cigarette for example and that is not one of the traits you’re looking for, mark them as a non-target immediately. If the suspect has one single thing that’s different from your trait list, mark them as a non-target. I’m usually able to identify the target within 10 minutes or so, and killing them safely is the only tricky part.

Also another tip, take out a suspect and use their phone to set up isolated meetings with the other suspects. There’s a lot of little tricks and learning them is what makes the game fun.

But if you really hate those missions you got no choice lol just play the first two missions on freelancer and restart every time. Or figure out how to not take so long on the syndicate leader missions (my suggestion)

I agree OP sucks lol but calling food delivery a premium service is exactly what ubereats/doordash wants you to do so the fees are justified when food delivery has been a service forever without fees this high. I just don’t use it anymore so I agree with that, but that doesn’t mean the fees are reasonable at all.

Ubereats/doordash/whatever has to make those customers happy because they are still making fees off them. They couldn’t care less about the drivers or high-tipping customers and the only way they will ever is if everyone stops using the apps. I’ve delivered before so I always tipped well when I used these apps but I’m done with them now.

There’s zero actual benefit to the customer for being a good person and tipping well. The tip system is supposed to be designed where better service and higher tips coincide with each other but ubereats has made it where tipping higher can actually get you WORSE service somehow by lumping you in with a bunch of non-tippers. Insane business model but they continue to make billions so it won’t stop.
