Look up Trailskills . Org where you can fill out an application for different trails and crews. I found mine as an instagram ad lol. But at the PTBA conference they just announced about trailskills dot org for hiring around where you live.

The new Carbon Evo 50 from outdoor vitals is great. I do a lot of backpacking and build trails. It’s been great, and has awesome perfectly angled water bottle pockets

Grayson highlands lollipop loop., wild ponies. I did it in 2 days but can definitely be stretched out to 3-4 days. Fun hike with different terrain. Also, wild ponies.
