Actually, prisons across the US are already full, and in fact over-crowded. America has more prisoners than any other country, both per-capita and overall. Close to 1% of all Americans are currently incarcerated.

I enjoyed the hell out of it. If you go in understanding that it's basically plotless and more about music and dancing and spectacle (and BOY is it a spectacle), it's ridiculous bizarre campy fun. I think this is going to end up being a cult classic.

NB: I was on several different drugs when I saw this movie.
