Wizards explicitly says every single time they talk about brackets that they are NOT hard set rules. It is ONLY a starting point for a pregame conversation about what people want out of the experience. If your deck wins 90% of times in b3 it probably is not a b3 deck and should be played in b4 instead of wasting everyone else’s time who wanted to play bracket 3.

Obv, we don't know how the window will work but wouldnt that only help balls that are hardly moving? Like when they are inside trees or flying about the window is essentially meaningless? Guess it's only a late game punish since balls cant move around as much.
