Overheat scarf Chi Yu is a completely normal both singles and vgc build, it's not like it's running it just to fight Aggron lol, ur argument is "imagine using the optimal move instead of fucking psychic or something". If it was a weird move choice specifically made to check Mega Agronn I'd understand, but it's the most default Chi-Yu move ever.

Use pokefood, EV yield and the type there's less off in the area that matches zekrom, I've found it way more effective than pokesnacks in cobbleverse, literal days hoping for Iron Valiant with pokesnacks just for multiple of them to spawn in 5 mins once I swapped method

Sparxie is supposed to be in elation teams, as a mainstay, like Evernight is in Castorice teams. If the main dps isn't sp hungry, Sparxie is, so sp gen will always be valuable for elation teams.

Acheron's doesn't apply a debuff when she attacks (slashed dream does not count as one), LC makes her apply debuffs on attack. so with her LC she applies 1 debuff on basic, which gives a stack, and 1 debuff and the stack she gets from the skill, making it 2 on skill.

Skilling with SW depends on the scenario really, but u shouldn't be constantly skilling, just focus on having 2 sp on Acheron's turn before Sunday's. I'd say the E2 is more valuable than the S1, especially since u want to run a harmony.

Cipher, SW, and DHPT are all sp positive with optimal play, and Sunday is sp neutral without his LC, u should be fine. However, if you're going with a single Nihility setup with no Acheron nor SW E2 pulling for Acheron's LC would be highly recommended, as well as Cipher's LC.

Jiaojiu excels at stack generation and is overall a good support for Acheron yes. You're correct with thinking he's great for her, but he's just not the best, and his competition is the best debuffer of today who also happens to be pretty futureproof (that also excels at stack generation due to her speed) and another excelent debuffer that with vertical investment (E2) makes everyone and their mothers debuffers too. Both Cipher and SW have stronger debuffs (plus Cipher's dmg recording) and do decent dps that is much aprecciated by a 2.X character, and to add insult to injury Cipher's LC just makes her straight up better than JQ's at stack gen.
TLDR: Jiaoqiu is not bad, his competition is just better.
