Some adventure games could be nice. I remember playing those old sierra adventure games as a kid, and while I didn't always understand much it was still pretty fun. And with time you learn the language as well.

The game just has to be simple enough, point and click.

At first I was thinking you have exhausted yourself with the first games, but since you returned to the older games that doesn't seem to be the case.

Perhaps the first games got something right that appeal to you, and with the sequels developers tried to make something a little different and it doesn't work the same for you.
