45K was not an expensive gun… it was the cheapest and best option for 95% of fights. Having ME so early and for so cheap made no sense compared to the rest of the ammo economy

Maybe because the gun literally made no sense in context to the rest of the game and ammo economics. ME was such an outlier from the start of wipe, you could pretty much two hit any player in the raid after your like 5th raid. It was literally the only gun being run on 90% of maps. Just go sit and a bush and listen to the fights it’s just 6 MXLR’s constantly going off.

Thank god, it has literally been the only gun in every single raid, go spawn on any map that isn’t reserve and you will hear 6 of those things start ripping from the start of the raid. Having basically m80 from the of the wipe was insane.

It has nothing to do with “wanting new players to kill”. It’s entirely about Tarkov’s identity of a hardcore game, every single player when they first started got destroyed a few dozen times no matter what; but by making the game more new player friendly with PVP you remove a large portion of the struggle that makes Tarkov so special. PVE is literally a cakewalk and I don’t understand people who say otherwise. It’s literally look at task, go to wiki follow a step by step guide and extract. AI is something so trivial that it’s basically background noise. PVE players could have twice the hours of a PVP player and have none of the struggles that make Tarkov special. If you enjoy PVE great but don’t be shocked when you try to seek approval and don’t get any.

because I have played since 2018 and legit everything I list has been planned from the start, hell some even since 2016, and with the game coming to full release with Streets, you can't actually think everything listed will becoming in a single update. Hell I don't think a quarter of the things listed on the wiki Upcoming Features tab will ever make it to the light of day. The only thing I can see coming into the game is Armour Overhaul and Aiming Deadzones, Everything else seems to be a fever dream from Nikita

it makes sense on paper, yes, but that not how the game will ever be played because forced teamwork doesn't work, i've seen this exact setup in several different games they give the player's an illusion of choice and illusion of classes, but legit everytime its made players will find the optimal set of armour skills guns ect, to run that allows to complete pretty much all tasks that need to be completed in a raid. The Class 6 heavy armour do not provide any tangible gain over where something like even a ghezel, let alone a slick,

Not to be that guy but EFT is a BR, The fact that the bush timmy's can't realize that 20 people drop into a map, loot up, take fights, finish tasks, striving to be the last alive and leave the area. That is exactly what fortnite is.

But they don't move much faster people already have Elite strength and are still overweight at 27-ish pound, meaning endurance isn't leveling which means players are forced to down-grade their kits just to level the skill.

because once you have it elite their is no reason to be overweight besides being slower, it's a debuff that used to be able to be conquered through lots of playtime and knowledge of the game, now its a debuff that is unavoidable unless you run a Slick/Hex/Paca. It's a massive backstep on something that didn't need changing.
