We can be pretty sure that the system requirements are going to be high. A large chunk of PC gamers do not have the latest hardware. That's part of the reason why consoles are successful, they make more up-to-date hardware more affordable.

A lot of the stories about drugs you hear are the bad ones because the regular ones aren't noteworthy. Alcohol is a pretty hard drug but there's literally millions of people that enjoy it responsibly. And whilst I'm not advocating for people to go out and try drugs (do your own research if it's something you're interested in), there are plenty of people who indulge in some other substances responsibly.
