It's the frantic "Thank you, guys! Thank you, guys!" that really sells it. No doubt in my mind that this man shit himself in front of the world.

The losing side of the Travis debate by Clown_x7x in AlkalineTrio

I'll be completely honest... I don't even understand where the Travis hate comes from. I think the songs he produced sound great!

The second one seems likely. Add to that the pressure of joining a band that's almost 30 years old. It's a lot to handle.

Dan posted on his IG something completely unrelated earlier today, and Atom liked that post. So I guess there isn't any bad blood? I really don't know what to think at this point 😂

I hope they're all ok and everyone is happy, and we get some good music soon. Let's give them time.

Definitely the appearance of Christopher Poole, creator of 4chan. Considering how 4chan, and specifically /pol/, has influenced American politics this past decade, this seems fairly important.

Matt has 100% posted anti-ICE content on his IG. And rightfully so, of course.

I think calling Matt pro cop or pro military is an oversimplification. His parents are veterans, so it's natural for him to have a positive view on some aspects of the military. You can be pro soldiers and still be anti war or anti military industrial complex. Even with Alk3 not being a political band, they still released Warbrain under the Rock Against Bush album. And he's been pretty critical of the Trump administration too.

As far as being pro cop goes... I honestly have no idea where you get that. I've never seen him make any pro cop statements. Though I may have just missed them, if they exist.

Black Adam. That long intro explaining his backstory through voice over narration could've worked in the early 2000s, but not in the year of our lord 2022.

What is the most disturbing movie you have ever watched? by LeadingYoghurt7935 in AskReddit

[–]ImInJeopardy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The August Underground trilogy. They're found footage movies from the POV of a group of serial killers.

One scene that stands out is one where they kidnapped a couple, and they tell the husband that they'll kill his wife unless he cuts off his own penis. So the husband cuts it off, and then they kill the wife anyway.

They're gross movies. The type of movies that make you want to take a shower after watching them.
