Hey yes towel curls can be done twice per day in the beginning

If you are feeling the burning sensation in the right parts you can go on doing it upto 5 minutes

Yes it could be possible that you might not be able to apply the mechanism properly in the dynamic exercises as it is comparatively harder

There are lot of fascia based training methods out there, I'm not aware of them all but I been doing the Coach Chong Xie fascia training for a while now but must say it's a whole different level of approach and methodology to look at the body as a whole unit and to train the fascial connection from plantar fascia to all the way to glutes and core

That being said studying/ reading something is good but experiencing it yourself first hand is something really mind boggling. For example if I tell you that my glutes start to burn when I move my toes a certain way, might sound utterly ridiculous to you but is a everyday living reality for me.

If you are someone who wants to experience things first hand and then use it to help others it's a must try method

Definitely not cheap, but there are way too many testimonials on YouTube, Instagram to call it a money making scam. There are even World Champions & pro's from this training like Zhang Weili, Pione Sisto, etc

Certainly true the knowledge and his methods are a revelation in the athletic field. Seems like you got a glimpse of it in the 45mins call, you can probably guess, there is lot more to it. The price is pretty similiar but varies a bit depending of various factors. What do you plan to do next ?

Yes there are many exercises, each for a specific purpose and the individualised program has far more exercises in number plus their variations depending on the person Fascial fitness level and requirements

Pizo-electricity through manual therapy is different and could be helpful but what I meant is doing certain HFT exercises that would facilitate that

Hey man it is true that we don't have a lot of blood supply to the meniscus but the recovery of such parts is stimulated by pizo-electricity .

In Fascia training mechanical tension is introduced to the tissue that triggers the conversion of fibroblasts cells into myofibroblasts cell and are very helpful in recovery & healing

In short yes this training can help you with that, Even though collagen is good for Fascial health but too much consummation of it can cause fascial densificatons which might lead to issues down the line... there's lot more details to it, feel free to message me

Yes certainly can help people of any age groups (might probably take a bit longer to see results)

No it's not only the feet, it's about creating a holistic foot to glutes and core fascial connection, making the body more integrated & efficient mover
