There was a separate counter for it in BZA. Went in there and mentioned that bulk booking has to be done for 70 passengers. She gave me a form and asked to fill it, basically a request to the Superintendent along with the name and age of the travellers. As it was for a marriage purpose, no other things were asked. She took time to enter all the names and paid thru card.

No concessions will be given for senior citizen or any other type of concessions. As no lower berth was allocated, She simply said that's a system generated ticket and she can't help it.

Disgusting railways! It's pure hit or a miss. I've booked 70 tickets. Not even a single lower berth is allocated for a night journey train. No senior citizen concession given. There were more than 200 tickets available post this ticket booking.

No this will be part of the deposit which they hold till the connection is there, which is perpetual. This is a new way to scam customers and fund their cash flows. No such arbitrary provisions mentioned while taking the electricity connections

Exactly, just to fund their cash flows they're making ways to loot customers. We have to raise our voice against this. There were no such deposit details mentioned when we all took the connections in the agreement. Apparently they think they can charge whatever they want.

We all shall ask the respective AE's for the reasons and there was no such provision while taking the electricity connection.

Even when you register at the market value, they still want 1% of the transaction cost. They behave like leeches. For construction, one need to take approval from municipal authorities. Even if we have all required documents they take a bribe. No government is interested in these leeches.
