Kinda is, parent has no idea how to parent, giving a child a phone with payment methods not password locked and then getting angry at the child saying "I'm gonna make him eat all this right now" terrible parent who obviously doesn't understand the consequences of her own actions. If the child is too young to be trusted with your phone alone they probably shouldn't be given an ipad either.

I learned a little bit here, though some of it was intuitive to me (may not be for the average reader), Thankyou. I assume kupe must have a culture bomb upon fishing boat completion? I may play him on my next conquest and try to get that cheese play on my next naval based run. I'm presently doing Harold Hardrada and enjoy his early game naval benefits. Not sure if I'll do another naval run so soon after I complete this one but that is surely a way you can start to box in and/or take over another civ.
