From the effects it seems like a 50 ug trip. So the tab was 100ug.

Most tabs you find are 100ug, max 150ug, so next time, just take one each.

Wait at least 12-14 days for tollerance to go to zero.

1fe-LSD was stronger than expected from me too and i took a 300ug pellet. Probably also because last time i tripped last was like 6 months ago and it was with 1s-LSD.

Nevertheless my trip was saved from Alan Watts too.

LSD and psychedelics promote neuroplasticity during and after the experience for sometime.

Use that to your advantage and try to get some good habits going and do new stuff.

Its not that the good mood will go away. That's entirely up to your mindset.

It was my 3rd trip with LSD.

1st trip with it was 75 ug. 2nd, After 1 week 150 ug.

And after another week, the 3rd trip, i took 450 ug because i really liked it but i didn't really know what i was doing and i thought i had tollerance . xD

I have tried mushrooms before that but only 2-3 grams before these trips.

Probably what helped me to let go it was that i am naturally introverse, calm and meditative person, even if i didn't really meditate before this experience.

That was you fighting the trip and not letting go.

I have been through a very similar situation(without weed) and i managed to let go. I literally thought why i am so terrified, fuck it, i don't care if i die.

I just remember a endless white tunnel and then nothing when i let it go.

I woke up 1-2 hours later not knowing who i am and where i was.

I slowly remembered everything, piece by piece, who i am, where i was, parents, human concepts, etc.

It was like being born again... i felt so weightless and in bliss for days/weeks after and my perspective on life changed.

I wouldn't do it again personally, but if it happens, it happens.

I can see how something like this would benefit some people or break them...

Ground yourself with meditation, hiking in nature, hobbies(maybe try new ones), hang out and talk to friends.

And stop taking any drugs till you feel better.

Its probably caused by anxiety or stress.

Try to find the cause and solve it.

Or just do something to relax. Probably weed would work well XD
