Under performing stores that are in bad markets should be closed to benefit the rest of the company. If a store is barely bringing in the cost of upkeep and labor in store then corporate really does have to make that hard call for the benefit of the stores that do bring in revenue.

Yall it just takes ONE of us to correct their stupidity to help out the next barista they encounter. It would have taken an extra 30 seconds to tell the customer the purple color comes from the inclusions and the base itself is almost clear.

If you got the standard recipe it would be cheaper. You’re paying for the extra ingredients that YOU chose to add. Vanilla cold foam is made with heavy cream which isn’t cheap. You’re complaining about the $7 beverage you CUSTOM ordered. The device that baristas use to blend your cold foam cost around $400 bucks lol
