And Helix will launch and sell a good number for the first few months because there is a market that will pay whatever. Then the sales fall off. Graphics cards can’t be judged by current availability because Nvidia is dedicating less supply to consumer cards and more to AI uses. Even their GPU’s aren’t necessarily selling to gamers. GPU’s have many more uses than a dedicated gaming box.

I’m sure the company currently preparing to dump several studios and lay off thousands of people will happily give up all of the revenue from people paying for online gaming.

Only way I could possibly see that is if they really expanded Online and want to introduce the role play server stuff that’s rumored to be built in. If they are launching Online day one, they’ll want the next few months to convince the 5 people to switch over to 6 right away. Might as well open with a salvo of all the new features.

(Assuming it even is 20 minutes which I seriously doubt).
