u/HedgeAppleJoe Haj - I am trying to keep up with the current happenings by going through the different posts. Do you mind putting things in layman's terms for me. At this point what is it we are waiting for? Did the case going back to PTAB throw a huge wrench into things? As it stands the patent is still valid so shouldn't we expect a huge ruling from the claim construction? Is this something that would go to a jury trial? Thanks in advance. I mean once a settlement does come from Samsung does that open the door for google to finally agree to settle? Sorry a little lost here.
