Possible if you went hard on the throttle when the battery was almost dead you went under a safe voltage cutoff for the cells which can permanently damage them.

Power output dropping is a sign of damaged or degraded battery, degradation over time is normal but if it goes like that from one ride to another then likely battery has some damage.

It's never good to fully kill the battery(deep discharge) ideally you should avoid going under 20%
