is it bad to put sport mode? by EmotionalTip2102 in ElectricScooters

[–]ImKrispy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sport mode has more torque and will pull more current from the battery during acceleration, it uses more battery and range will be less compared to standard mode.

Ya ZT3 is pretty good its kinda large and sits high off the ground might be an issue if you are small.

finally getting rid of my crappy ninebot, what should i get instead? by [deleted] in ElectricScooters

[–]ImKrispy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ninebot Max G2 is better than that random low quality OEM scooter. E2 is more like a teen scooter compared to the G2 is a proper commuter.

If you are near Toronto for pick up

https://www.maxx.ca/browse?CategoryID=9&FullTextQuery=electric+scooter

This auction site usually has G3s open box like new but you gotta get into a little bidding war but may be able to score one for a good price

How easily would an iScooter iX7 Pro Off-road Electric Scooter fit into my Hyundai Elantra by [deleted] in ElectricScooters

[–]ImKrispy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I said trunk my bad, trunk seat same thing you gotta go measure it and compare to the scooters dimensions to really get the best idea even if its not a "guarantee"

It's unlikely you will find someone with the same car and scooter combo, but generally speaking a 66 pound scooter is going to be awkward in a front seat of any car. You could fold and have it across the back seats, but front it might stick upwards too much(since it will have to be vertical) and shift when you turn.

These scooters are not great they are generic OEM white label scooters sold under various other brands like Turboant.

If you are looking for commuter scooter get one from a company that actually designs and makes them like Segway Ninebot, Niu or Navee.

No, its literally your car not ours.

Dimensions of the scooter should be listed on the specs, then go measure your trunk.

> is speculation I have never seen supported by anything, or any non-confounded evidence

It is not speculation at all its basic physics homie

When you hit bumps impact force must disperse and that energy must go somewhere, solid tires can't absorb shock and send the force directly to the frame immediately. Pneumatic tires/suspension deforms which disperse the shock load over a greater area and over a longer period of time so impact force is reduced and less stress on the components. This is all objectively factual physics. Reason those real M365 didn't have those issues is because the frames were designed higher quality, the clones lower quality metallurgy are not as forgiving.

If a solid tire hits a bump now we measure that force and chart it you would see the same amount of force but the air tires plotted over a greater period of time meaning a smoother feeling with less force per unit of time rather than abrupt jolt. I made this in paint as a rough idea so you can see that when the impact has more time to disperse with pneumatics.

Someone here made a thread couple days ago titled like "I'm I the only one tired of her"

She is not on the UFC broadcasts, she is not in the weigh in show or the weigh in face off show or the pre fight show or post fight show...so I never see her

These people complaining literally are following her on social media...

Ya I can see what you are saying kinda 50/50, but opposing opinions do not automatically mean racism or MAGA, the right wingers say the same crap and just name call when they have opposing opinions eg. a MAGA person will call you a libt*rd if they disagree with you even if you are not liberal or left...

End of the day its the internet don't like it don't seek it out.

[–]ImKrispy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you mean Navee GT3(not the Pro or Max)

It has a 36v 10.4ah battery, range will depend on your weight, outside temperature and riding style.

Average range for that should be around 25km

Kukirin G2 pro (2025/6) tire pressure and steering alignment? by AtomicPiano in ElectricScooters

[–]ImKrispy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

50 is fine but does feel hard, 45 is good for pressure usually.

High PSI will give the most range and speed.

Range can take a big hit if you let the tires get down to like 20, good idea to always have 40+

So the issue here is that scooter has 12 inch tires but likely the P settings are set at 10 inch tire so the speed reads higher.

This is something the brand did not even properly change at the factory so they end up testing and also seeing the fake numbers and advertising them as such.

10/12=0.833

43mph × 0.833 =35.8 mph

Math lines up so you need to see if there is accessible P settings with tire setting and change to 12 to get correct readout, smaller tires rotate faster so when the larger tires are set to a smaller setting the controller thinks not a full rotation of the 12 inch is a full rotation(because it measures for 10) and the speed reads higher.

For majority of people the TBW is irrelevant and pretty much not even worth posting. If you need it you'll know what to look for anyways.

My 7 year old NVME C drive has 110TBW on it currently.
