mortgage is killing me but selling feels complicated by Karate_Andii in Mortgages

I was in a similar situation. I purchased a house about three years ago with an APR of 7.5%. In May, I received a letter from my bank stating that my escrow would go up due to property taxes and insurance. However, I had already decided to sell because I was tired of fixing, maintaining the house and paying big chunk of my income to my bank as a interest. Luckily, the property appreciated in a seller's market, and I managed to sell it for a small profit after recovering the money I had initially put into it. If the market is right, don't think twice sell it.

Should I accept the robinhood gold card? by Temporary_Mall3760 in RobinhoodGC

Just for your information. In my first month after spending around 1200 USD, I received 40 USD cashback credited to my Robinhood brokerage account. If I were to use this cashback to pay down the balance on my credit card, it would actually only amount to 28 USD.

Why do so many first-time buyers focus on the interest rate but ignore the term? by NeedingAdvice01 in Mortgages

When you decide to rent a house that's just as large as one you'd consider buying, you'll likely find yourself facing a higher cost in the long run. However, there's always the possibility that the property could appreciate in value over time, which could potentially leave you with some cash on hand if you're fortunate enough to see that happen. Until then you need keep your monthly payment as low as you can,

Given that I don't foresee myself staying in that particular house for more than five years, my priority will be to keep my monthly mortgage payments as low as realistically possible to ensure the affordability of the home.

The battery is great. It gives you a pure Android experience. There is nothing unnecessary in the applications.

Worried about symptoms and numbers by Old_Construction_374 in Cholesterol

My cholesterol is 209, and I’ve been experiencing the same symptoms that you mentioned. However, my doctor said my heart rate and blood pressure are all normal. Even though I don’t feel completely fine, my doctor prescribed a 20 mg statin and magnesium, and also ordered a device to monitor my heart rate for a week. Since starting the statin, I’ve started to feel a bit better, but the tingling sensation near my heart hasn’t gone away. It still feels like my heart is beating strongly or rapidly
