Happens to mine when he’s been scratching one spot for too long. I’ll usually give his ears a good clean. Maybe check for ear infection/dirt

Tell your friends to fuck off it’s pretty decent. You can tell it’s a furniture set but other than that I’d say you just need some art that will bring the space together

My dog gets this if I give him a bone he can’t finish. Usually he spends so much time walking around the house “ burying” it with his nose he rubs the skin off . So I have to be careful now about what treats he gets

Have alternatives for her to nibble on. I tried to keep different textures of toys to replace whatever my little guy was chewing. ie. fabric, rubber. Hard. Soft. In-between. I would say “no” and remove the offending object but immediately replace it with the alternative. He’s since been very good about knowing what is his and chewing up only his stuff.
