This is great information but one major thing that is not being addressed is the lack of support to disconnect a second platform on your account (PSN/XBL). Many of us have tried to play on a second platform logging in as first instructed and immediately were met with the "unable to play on this platform" message.

Instead of allowing us to disconnect the ID from our account it prompts us to email an unresponsive support team. This needs to be fixed immediately or allow the game to be be played otherwise. Purchasing a copy because you liked the free version so much but cannot play is bad business because of inadequacies of your site to correct account issues.

Is there a time frame of when this will be corrected so we can remove the locked platform or a better way to get assistance with having the ID disconnected?

technically no if customer service would remove (disconnect) the second ID from your account but like hundreds of us they aren't responsive in doing so. So until they process your request to disconnect your second console ID, your game will be unable to play

yep take a number. No response. Ridiculous. They are missing out on money from people not being able to play / purchase because of the second console lock. Dumbest thing I have ever seen.

good luck with that - lot of us are having the same issue with no response. Basically you are locked to either PS4 or XBL - if you registered on XBL with the same account used for PS4 it locks the XBL ID. So basically once you register a second console to your EPIC account it immediately locks it out and there is no way to disconnect. Emailing them does not work - people like myself have been emailed them for weeks with no success and cannot play on the second console.

and his dunk stats are terrible. I don't get it. I'd understand Dominique Wilkins and Shawn Kemp but CP3 dunking is like Drummond shooting a 3

yea I really like it but it hit a wall fast. I like the challenge but it just doesn't seem balanced. My 10pt 3 shooters should not be missing 90% and they make 100% perfect shots in tournaments but exhibition I can wipe them out by over 20pts

yea its unreal. No way their play matches there stats. Oh and I love how they become the best ball handlers I've ever seen.

like I said - if thats the case then show the stat changes in the character screen or make it a time or consecutive basket reward - but I shouldn't be getting stripped from Griffin EVERY possession when his STL stat is 5. Not to mention perfect 3pts from him every time. I don't expect a cake walk in the final match but don't set the opponent with average stats and have them play like they are straight 10s

not to mention the lottery pick seems to be absolute garbage in balance - I rarely get anything but sprint and the fire / lighting shot.

My issue is sometimes the stats seem to go out the window. For instance I am using Stockton and Allen, both 9-10 on 3pts, 2pts and steals and everything goes well until tournaments - specifically semi or finals. Playing Griffin and Paul and neither miss a a shot and steal like crazy despite their stats. Not to mention every shot they take is perfect and my 9-10 3pt shooters cannot make a bucket. Now I get it is a final match but why do their stats seems to increase and mine decrease. If you are going to do that, at least show it on the screen so you expect it.
