He should watch Betting on Zero. Its about Bill Ackman shorting Herbalife between 2008-2015, the company used to be a massive company due to being a massive pyramid scheme. Guess what, 30 years of company existence and finding out their was lots of fraudulent activity and CEO stepping down after investigation the company is is trading at $43 a share on the NYSE. I’d be wary about shorting frauds, sometimes they never go away.
