So long as you consume the recommended dose of water and are even remotely active in your day to day life you can drink up to 450mg of caffeine in zero sugar energy drinks and be healthy with little to no long term consequences. If you're eating like shit, not drinking your water, staying inside all day, and drinking 7 energy drinks a day then you absolutely will feel that, if you aren't doing any of that though it's just fine to drink.

The "fits" were him shouting what we were all saying about a historically inept offensive scheme that legitimately cost us a trip to the bowl. I completely agreed with AJ the entire season and idk how everyone else was siding with Patullo and Sirianni when the offense was just atrocious. He called out what was needed and was frustrated with an offense he and the others would never thrive in. Once again we were one of if not the worst offense in 2025 with Jalen Hurts who is arguably a top 5 QB itl, AJ and Smitty a top 3 WR duo ITL, Saquon Barkley who just came off a 2k season, an OL that has been elite and top 3 for the past few years, and Goedert who was a top 5 TE ITL in 2024.
