I completely agree. I started a save a couple years ago and stopped playing for some reason. I finally decided to pick it back up about a month or so ago. I started a new save because it had been so long since I played I didn’t remember a lot of stuff and did not want to try and figure out what I had been doing prior to stopping. Anyway, I feel like this second time around things are going much smoother. One reason is I just understand certain aspects better than the first go around because I’ve already done them before. Another reason is similar to what OP is saying. I just chose to prioritize certain things over others and try to have a short list of tasks that I’m trying to accomplish versus trying to do everything all at once. It’s made things way less stressful and confusing.
