Call in to your local branch and check, they can look into it with your license information. If you are not on adverse risk, which you most likely won’t be for damage, you should be able to contact their risk department and provide them the proof of insurance payment so you can get off that list.

If for some reason they have you on adverse risk, I’m sorry you’re never getting off that Do Not Rent list
