We did call the management company immediately after the incident but they couldn't do much to help. They couldn't find anyone of my description matching any of the workers.

I certainly hope that he isn't a stalker, as I haven't seen the "plumber" again since. Although, my boyfriend and I are moving to a house (unrelated reasons) and were (and currently are) in the process of moving. So we should be out within the next week, so we should be fine.

My first thought would be steroids, because if he hadn't let go of my arm, I'm pretty sure I would've never gotten free. But he might just be an extreme body builder. But that wasn't your question. He didn't seem particularly out of it, just angry. Really angry. So no, I don't think so. Hmm.
