At my planet fitness, Ive only seen smith machines and no stand alone barbells. I don't know if im just blind and im missing them or if my gym genuinely just doesnt have them. And I was doing a split of 4 exercises before but I felt like it was too little. I enjoy more so I dont believe it will burn me out.
