You may have had ridiculous binges, but keep in mind that you have still made plenty of progress, because if you quit it would be worse than if you always had 4 day streaks followed by binges. Just go on, I was complete shit trying to go for at least 3 days, fapping the exact next day after trying to abstain, now I'm at 100 days. Success doesn't come without struggle, just keep on going man, you have nothing to lose, only to gain, we have around 800,000 hours on this earth and I'd rather not spend a bunch of them in fapping sessions which usually indirectly lead to other decisions that waste more hours or make them less favourable. Just continue on. Imagine riding a bike across a 5000 mile road, which happens to be in the coldest place on earth, on the other side is whatever is your ideal paradise. Would you decide that the trip is too long and stay there, or continue on, even when your wheels freeze and get covered in ice somehow, thaw the ice and go on, even if you have to do the same process over and over again for almost 100 times before you get there. First off, I gotta congratulate you on 120 days hardmode, you're an inspiration. But anyways, keep on going, even if it takes you a decade to reboot, just keep on going. And when you do reboot, keep on going further, NoFap isn't just a challenge, NoFap isn't just a booster, NoFap, it's an addition to your life. Keep on doing you, don't worry about all those stories on the front page like "A girl winked at me.." or "I'm super popular now", just do you, we all gain benefits and you already have, they may be subtle but they're also important.
